Sa chlár seo tá 10 gceacht atá deartha chun cabhrú le páistí éirí feasach ar na buanna pearsanta difriúla atá againn go léir go pointe áirithe agus ar na tairbhí a bhaineann lena n-úsáid. Aithneoidh na páistí na buanna is mó atá acu freisin, na buanna atá le húsáid acu chun cur lena sonas agus lena bhfolláine. Diaidh ar ndiaidh, forbraíonn Leabhrán an Dalta isteach ina phunann an-phearsanta.

This program contains 10 lessons designed to help children become aware of the different personal talents we all have to some extent and the benefits of using them. The children will also identify their greatest talents, talents to use to enhance their happiness and well-being. Over time, the Student Booklet develops into a very personal portfolio.
